* Instructions for Online Application:
1) The " * " marked fields are mandatory.
2) This post is for Indians only.
3) Communication address should be clear.
4) Intermediate/Diploma stream must enter their total aggregate percentage only.
5) Aggregate Percentage of all semesters should be entered in specified field. In case of CGPA, Equivalent Percentage must be entered along with their CGPA Value.
6) After completion of Online Application, Acknowledgement will be generated with Application number and should be preserved for all future correspondence.
* Note:
Keep all the following information ready before going for online submission of Application:
a) Intermediate/ Diploma aggregate percentage.
b) B.E/B.Tech & M.E/M.Tech Aggregate of all semesters.
c) GATE/NET/SLET/M.Tech score and Year of passing details.
d) GATE/NET/SLET/M.Tech score card scan copy should not more than 1MB size.
e) Passport image should not be more than 100 KB
f) Signature image should not be more than 100KB
- Candidate once applied cannot apply again/modify the application so be careful while you are applying.

Complete the Online Application as soon as possible.
* Age Relaxation:
1) GENERAL/OC : Not more than 28 Years as on 10th July 2019.
2) SC/ST : Upto 5 years Relaxation (i.e., not more than 33 Years) as on
10th July 2019.
3) OBC : Upto 3 Years Relaxation (i.e., not more than 31 Years) as on 10th July 2019.

- Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
- Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured,
preferably white, background.
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
- If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place
yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no
harsh shadows
- If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"
- If you wear glasses make sure that there are no refections and your
eyes can be clearly seen.
- Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is
allowed but it must not cover your face.
- Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100 KB. If the
size of the file is more than 100 KB, then adjust the settings of the
scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the
process of scanning.
Signature Image:
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other
person.
The signature will be used to put on the Call Letter and wherever necessary.
If the Applicant’s signature on the answer script, at the time of the
examination, does not match the signature on the Call Letter, the applicant
will be disqualified.
Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should not be more than 100KB. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100 KB -
Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.
GATE/NET/SLET/Mtech Score Card Attachment:
See that the file size is not more than 1MB and should be clearly visible.
Your Online Application will not be submitted unless you upload your Photograph, Signature and GATE/NET/SLET/Mtech Score Card as specified.
